WISDOM is a dedicated space for women across the FISA association to connect, collaborate, and lead. Whether you are in manufacturing or distribution, this initiative bridges the gap between sectors, fostering a community where professional experiences are shared and genuine connections are built. Â
We officially launched with a dynamic virtual session focused on interactive dialogue – proving that even in a digital space, we can create meaningful, high-impact relationships. Â
Goals of WISDOM:
We aim to move beyond the once-a-year handshake at the annual conference and include those who may not be able to attend. WISDOM provides a continuous channel for:
Breaking Silos: Connecting manufacturer and distributor members year-round.
Knowledge Exchange: Sharing insights across different business segments to sharpen our industry edge.
