PRIVACY POLICYFISA respects your rights to privacy. Any information gathered from credit card transactions within this site will not be released, sold to anyone nor used for any purpose other than to fulfill the transaction you have requested.
REFUND POLICYMembership dues are non-refundable. The fiscal year begins July 1 and membership renewals must be paid within 30 days. For new members joining during the year, dues are pro-rated on a quarterly basis throughout the year. The Annual Conference refund policy is that to receive a full refund, a request must be e-mailed or mailed to the address below by August 15, 2005. If an individual has an emergency after that date and requests a refund in writing, those requests will be handled on an individual basis.
